Jake Levin (he/him) is an organizer and curator in Brooklyn, NY. He seeks to create spaces that instigate radical imagination, gather people meaningfully, and facilitate the building of collective power. Recent projects include COVID-19 response at Brooklyn College; partnerships and business development at MICRO, an initiative building six-foot-tall science museums for public spaces; global programming at Shared_Studios, an organization connecting strangers in face-to-face dialogue via embodied video; research for a book about civic power with Eric Liu of Citizen University; advocacy for sexual assault reporting policies in the military with Protect our Defenders; and co-producing a historic Major Lazer concert in Havana, Cuba with an audience of over 450,000.
 
Jake is a neighborhood groups organizer with Jews for Racial and Economic Justice (JFREJ), and has been a student of the Brooklyn Institute for Social Research, The School for Poetic Computation, Brooklyn College, and Macaulay Honors College (CUNY).
